Elder Ryan Allred's letter:

Subject: Come what may, and love it!

Well, this last week, Al was given the Aaronic Priesthood and ordained to the office of a priest. I think he will be a great help to the ward. Unfortunately, I don't think that memebers realize how hard it is for new members in our church, and some of them definatley aren't making it easy. I don't think they try to be rude, but they don't realize how different life in the church is. For example, we visited with a recent convert who was baptized a little less than a year ago. Well last week in her meeting on the activities committee someone mentioned that they should have a fireside. She had no idea what a fireside was, but when she asked, they all thought she was joking an no one told her what it was. She never found out what it was. Sad huh?
This past week we had dinner with Brother and Sister Gwynn this week, who by the way we found out that they were in Grandpa Allred's ward when he was a bishop. While we were there, Sister Gwynn brought out her high school year book and showed me grandpa's picture. Ha! It was awesome. I also had dinner with Jordi Hunt's uncle a while back, so he called her up and asked her about me. I just can't get away from my Rexburg.
Hey I was wondering what the recipe is for biscuits and Gravy, especially the gravy. And I was hoping maybe someone could send me copy of my baby blessing I thought it would be cool to read that. I still haven't heard anything about my twiterpated brother so if someone could tell me about that........please. And since Lorinda is now going to be part of the family could someone get me her email, maybe she'll talk to me.
Oh and I got an awesome package last night from Max Clements. Probably the funniest letter I've recieved my entire mission. So if you see him let him know I got it, but it might take me a while to come up with a good response to it.
love Elder Allred the younger
